Eggs are part of almost every diet all around the world. They can be eaten fried, boiled, poached or scrambled. But have you ever wondered are the eggs you consume healthy? And healthy eggs only come along from a healthy chicken, it is a fact. And healthy chicken should have rodents, snakes and bugs in the diet, and a free space to move and a fresh air to breathe.
So if you want to be sure whether the eggs you consume are healthy and safe for consumption you should notice a few things, such as:
-Yolk thickness (round and thick yolk is indicating that the egg is healthy)
-Yolk color: Many people believe that the normal color of the yolk that is from an healthy egg is light yellow, but those people could not be more wrong. The color that the yolk should be is orange.
-Shell thickness and density (healthy chicken will give eggs that have strong shell, so if the egg is difficult to crack it is healthy).
And the unhealthy eggs most of the time are found in the markets. So instead of buying eggs from the market you can buy the eggs from a local farmer. But before you buy eggs from a local farmer you should ask about how the chickens were raised. If the chickens were not forced only on vegetarian diet and if they were raised in a bigger area where there is a fresh air, the eggs will be 100% healthy for you.
